This change in trajectory would change Step 2’s “sessions 3-12” (“ten short visits with me to celebrate or supplement your DIY success at relieving otherwise-permenent emotional pain”) to being built into Step 3.

If you used those ten short visits up, or didn’t purchase Step 3 within four months of the Taste-test, we may have to redo Step 2, or even Step 1, to keep it fresh.

You reserve 3 days and 3 nights for this, and I spend about a 9-5 work-day of time with you, three days in a row.

In what amounts to an all-day session with breaks every half hour or so, we chip away at the 20 units of work that take about 30 minutes each: 10 on day one, 10 on day two. 

Day 3 is five more spaced-out appointments, e.g.

4pm   Insight culmination + rest
6pm   Closing celebration

This is another “weekend intensive” except it’s for those who can’t get a 3-day weekend away from all responsibilities.

This method takes 4 days (plus a 9-week Integration Plan) instead of 3. That’s because it’s very important that you take a full day away from all other responsibilities anytime you spent the previous day doing this reality-warping work.

In every other regard, it’s the exact same as the 3-day intensive: instead of working with me (for example) Saturday, Sunday and Monday, consecutively, you’d do the same thing on Saturday, but the next day would be a good chunk of the homework that otherwise piled up for day 3. I’d see you for 5 appointments that first Sunday. It’ll be nice.

The next time you dedicate a weekend to this (it can be the following week, or anytime in the following month), we’d do the same schedule again.

Followed by the Integration Plan.

This might well be the best way to do it. It depends on many factors, which I would inquire about/sense into in Steps 1 and 2 before making my recommendation and laying out your options.

This is a great option if you have a lot of responsibilities, but you want to make progress fast.

Whether you prefer

  • one 80-minute session a week, or maybe
  • multiple 20- or
  • 40-minute ones,

this gets you to the end result in the same timeframe as the weekend intensive versions.

It just requires a little more trust, since the beginning is slow going. We can front-load the schedule to compensate, or keep a steady pace.

For your safety, please take 150% as much time away from responsibilities to anyone else, including traffic or texting. Evening sessions are pretty convenient.

Remember: in addition to sessions, the bult-in Integration Plan requires 5 minutes/day most days, and additional support is available for that.

If you are more of a “slow-and-steady wins the race” type, this is the schedule for you.

This track can be easy on your wallet, because you can spread out your payments over 6 months.
