It Sucks to get "no" for an answer
I’m with you.
I don’t know who referred you here.
I did not talk to her about you.
My marketing does itself.
So she found this
and thought it would be useful to you.
You’re not sick.
- A broken heart is not grounds for therapy; you’re not ill, in my opinion.
- You’re not needing affirmations and cheering up.
- You’re not needing coaching like:
“Rah-rah, rah!
“Raise that body-count!
“Let’s get you dating in no time!” -UGH!
I know that the pain is possibly either
all you can feel, or
all you can think about numbing.
A month from now, having numbed,
lots of guys go:
“what am I doing with my life?”
But who wants to sleep with someone who’s prone to that much pain over a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’?
That’s way too much power to be giving away to someone outside of yourself.
